COMPANY OWN CLEANING TRAIN
The improvement of our prototype has accomplished the following procedure: The washing, suction and brush unit will be mobile to transport, our own 2-way Unimogs with radio remote control and special wagons are provided as a work train including personel.
In one step, tunnel walls are cleaned with high pressure water and vacuumed (dry process, i.e. 97% of the liquids are captured), filtered by recycling plant (200l / min), recycled and fed into the water cycle. Thus, all set-up times have been minimized. A proof of disposal of the suction material is standard.
Brush cleaning
Powered by an electric-hydraulic unit emission and immission values are easily met eg. Subway tunnel.
A special pumping station in conjunction with its own water recycling plant and sludge tanks enable self-sufficient, continuous work.
IMPREGNATION
At the same time, the railway line or fixed carriageway are cleaned with high-pressure nozzles and the liquid is sucked off.
All accompanying channels and cable ducts are provided with special brackets with washing brushes and suction device.
All air-encased concrete parts are cleaned with all built-in parts (power line, lighting, handrails), backwashing the drainage channels in the tunnel can run parallel as a third step.
